Happy Turkey Loaf
1 pound of ground Turkey
1 Egg
1/2 C Wheat Germ
2 T Flax Seeds or Flax Seed Meal
1/2 C Cottage Cheese
1 Chopped Onion and Garlic Clove
1 T Sea Salt to Taste
1 T Turmeric
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees F
                                                                          

Whisk egg and cottage cheese together.  Combine this with all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.   Shape meat mixture as a 'loaf' and place in a baking dish.  Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until fork comes out clean; no pink in center of loaf.

Serve with Almond Gravy over Basmatti rice and have steamed broccoli and boiled cabbage on the side.  This makes a complete dinner full of the healthy fats, neuro-nutrients and detoxifying herbs to assist in the fat loss process.  It is also a complete protein that contains the mood lifting Tryptophan to boost your serotonin levels...thus lifting your mood and enhancing your sleep.  Top it off with a decaf green tea and lemon for a thermogenic effect and you've just maximized your fatloss.
